Orders received Sunday through Wednesday will be shipped within 72 hours. Orders received Thursday through Saturday will be shipped by close of business the following Tuesday. Exceptions to this schedule will be holidays or if we have problems or questions about an order. In the latter case, we will contact you via the information you provided.

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 per order. In your shipment you will also find a return form. Please excuse the appearance of our box when it arrives. We recycle boxes for shipping as one of our efforts to be environmentally responsible.
If your gear has been damaged or if for some reason you’re just not satisfied with it, you can send it to us for return or exchange. 1379 accepts returns and exchanges at our retail location as well as through the mail. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges with shipping is about three (3) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible, and will be returned to you via an expedited method at no extra charge.

The return/exchange value is determined by the garment’s last retail price. Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund.
We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. 1379 cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request will, at our discretion, issue a credit to your card for the last known retail value.
