Have you ever wondered the proper way to sneeze, cough or blow your nose? It’s 2010 and the rules have changed. Here is the advice delivered via email (or was it tweeted?) from the University of Texas Student Health Center:
Cover your mouth with a disposable tissue when you cough or sneeze. Toss used tissues directly into a wastebasket. Don’t put them on a desk, mouse pad, counter top, etc… that others might touch. If you don’t have a tissue, cough into your upper sleeve-not your hands. Wash your hands frequently and keep your hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth.
