These insoles are great for cleats because they are thin, but structured so that they easily fit into a soccer shoe, and they are firm enough to support the arch. The bonus is that they also help protect the foot from the hardness of the cleats. ArchMolds can be heated and custom-molded to the individual’s feet. They make these for kids as well as adults.
