Ok, so no way would I ever give my kids Red Bull. Have you ever tasted it? On top of having negative nutritional value it tastes ..well…horrible. But I often wonder when I give my kids a juice box or a bottle of Gatorade whether I should just send then to the sink to get a cup of water instead. That’s what we drank right? Is it better to just do it the old fashioned way or can our kids get enough water from juices and sports drinks while adding other nutritional benefits?
